Data Deletion Instructions

You can remove Momentu's access to your Facebook and Instagram accounts, and have the data we hold deleted, at any time. Momentu is operated by Ronex Enterprises.
1. Disconnect inside Momentu
Sign in to Momentu, open Settings → Business connections, and disconnect the business or account you no longer want connected. This removes the access you granted, including the access tokens Momentu received from Meta.
2. Remove Momentu from your Facebook settings
You can also revoke access from Meta's side: in Facebook go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, find Momentu, and choose Remove. This immediately invalidates Momentu's access to your accounts.
3. Request full deletion
To delete your Momentu account and all data associated with it — connected-account details, performance data, and content you uploaded — email [email protected] with the subject "Data deletion request" from the email address on your account. We complete deletion requests within 30 days and confirm by email when done.
