Information we collect

• Account information — your name, email address and login credentials when an account is created for you.
• Content you provide — photos, logos, captions, brand details and scheduling preferences you add to Momentu.
• Data from Meta Platforms — when you connect your Facebook Page or Instagram business account, we receive from Meta: the list of Pages and Instagram accounts you choose to connect (names, IDs and basic profile details), access tokens that let Momentu publish on your behalf, and performance data for your accounts and published posts (such as likes, comments, reach, saves, shares, views and follower counts).
• Data from TikTok — when you authorize a TikTok connection, we receive your account identifier, display name, profile image and access/refresh tokens. When you review a video, we retrieve the account's permitted privacy and interaction settings and video duration limit. We store the video, caption, publishing choices, consent and delivery status to carry out the publishing or scheduling action you request. This integration does not import TikTok messages, contacts or audience analytics.
• Website enquiries — the name, email, business, interests and message you submit, along with your consent date. Authorised staff review these details to respond to your enquiry. You can request their deletion by emailing [email protected].
• Technical data — standard server logs may record IP address and browser type for security and reliability.

How we use it

• To provide the service: show you which accounts you can connect, publish the posts you create and schedule, and display reports on how your content performed.
• To operate, secure and improve Momentu, and to support you.
• Photos and text you add may be processed by AI providers solely to generate the content you requested.

We do not sell your information, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not use data received from Meta for any purpose other than providing Momentu to you.

How we share it

We share information only with service providers that help us run Momentu (such as hosting and AI processing), strictly to provide the service and under appropriate confidentiality, or where the law requires it. Each Momentu customer can only see their own accounts, content and results.

Storage and security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored on access-controlled systems. Access tokens received from Meta are used only by Momentu's publishing and reporting features and are never shown to third parties.

Retention and deletion

We keep your information while your account is active. When you disconnect a Facebook Page or Instagram account, we remove the access you granted. You can request deletion of your account and data at any time — see our data deletion instructions. Deletion requests are completed within 30 days.

Meta Platforms

Our use of data received from Meta complies with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies. You can revoke Momentu's access at any time from within Momentu or via your Facebook settings (Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites).

TikTok account controls

We use TikTok account data to identify your connected account, present the available publishing choices and track your requested posts. Tokens are encrypted at rest and are not displayed in the product. We send a video and its publishing details to TikTok only after you approve its settings and request publication or scheduling. TikTok account data is not sent to our AI providers. You can disconnect TikTok from Momentu, which removes the stored connection credentials and prevents future publishing through that connection. You can also revoke access in TikTok's app permissions. Disconnecting does not delete videos already posted on TikTok; manage those in TikTok. Saved drafts, consent and delivery records follow the retention and deletion process below.
