Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of Momentu, a social media planning, publishing and reporting service provided by Ronex Enterprises ("we", "us"). By using Momentu you agree to them.

The service

Momentu lets you create content, schedule it, publish it to Facebook Pages and Instagram business accounts you control, and view performance reports. Momentu is provided as a managed service: accounts are set up by Ronex Enterprises for its clients under a service agreement.

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you upload and create. You grant us permission to store and process it — including AI-assisted processing you request — and to publish it to the social accounts you connect, solely to provide the service.

Connected accounts

You confirm that you own or are authorised to manage every Facebook Page and Instagram account you connect, and you authorise Momentu to publish the content you schedule to those accounts on your behalf. Your use of those platforms remains subject to Meta's own terms and community standards. You can disconnect an account at any time.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Momentu to publish content that is unlawful, misleading, infringing, or that violates the policies of the platform it is published to. We may suspend accounts that do.

Fees

Fees, where applicable, are set out in your service agreement with Ronex Enterprises.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Momentu reliable, but the service is provided "as is": publishing depends on third-party platforms we do not control, and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every scheduled post will be delivered. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the preceding twelve months.

Termination

Either party may end the service as set out in the service agreement. On termination we disconnect your social accounts and delete your data in line with our privacy policy and data deletion instructions.
